Knowing how to refocus and remembering my intentions

When it comes to my body, every moment counts. It’s why I eat healthily, keep my body hydrated, keep it moving and focus my mind on positive thoughts. My aim is to get a healthy body with a sharp mind, but there are days when things don’t go exactly as planned (life happens), so whenever I feel out of balance, I know how to refocus and remember my intentions.

It’s what I call ‘My Reset‘, resetting

I evaluate each and every aspect mentioned above and really tune in; connect with my inner wisdom, my inner guide – and ask myself the following questions:
